Background

The Original Brief: Non-Standard WEG 11kW Pump motor was delivered to JJ Loughran Workshop by site engineers, who removed motor from pump set due to failure.

The Solution
Following tests, motor was found to have failed due to winding
Internal failure. Subsequently the motor was disassembled,
rewound, varnished and stoved. The motor was re-built, fitted
with new drive / non-drive end bearings and mechanical
seals as required.
