JJ Loughran is an Electrical Engineering & Supply Company based in Cookstown N.Ireland. We currently require the following position:
General Office Assistant
• Job Reference : J181110
• Work Pattern = 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Experience Necessary = Recent Office Experience using Sage, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Qualifications Necessary: Min Sage Level 2 and Word Processing.
• Job Duties: Answering Phones, handling and processing mail. Organize & maintain documents. Prepare and process bills, invoices, receipts, statements, cheques, and other financial documents. The applicant must be forward thinking and have up to date IT Skills
• Hours Per Week: 35
• Frequency and method of payment: Weekly
• Full/Part Time: Full Time
