Job Description:
As a Part-Time HR Consultant at JJ Loughran, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various functions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to the success of our organization. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct employee orientations and training sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Assist in performance management and evaluation processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Stay up to date with HR best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, and the working hours are flexible, with hours being negotiable. We are open to discussing a schedule that works for both parties.
