JJ Loughran were contacted by a major food processing company when an inline gearbox vital to factory production failed suddenly over the weekend.
There was no nameplate details on the gearbox, after initial inspection our engineers counted the ratio and got straight to work building a new unit. We were able to assemble from stock a new Motovario Helical Inline H102 60mm Gearbox complete with a 7.5Kw 4 Pole ABB IE3 electric motor. Our turnaround time was less than 2 hours, from first customer contact, ensuring customer downtime was kept to an absolute minimum.
