We recently took part in the Lean Made Simple Tour as part of our ongoing commitment to embedding Lean Thinking throughout JJ Loughran.
The visit provided invaluable insights into how waste can be identified and eliminated across both our factory and office operations — from streamlining workflows to improving value streams that directly benefit our customers.
Guided by experienced Lean leaders, we explored real-world examples of standardisation, visual management, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) — all key principles that support our drive for a more efficient, sustainable, and people-focused workplace.
