1.6 MVA to 2.0 MVA HV & LV Upgrade

Complete HV and LV upgrade of factory’s main incoming power transformer from 1600kVA to 2000Kva.

Supply and installation of Quantity 1;

2000Kva 11KV to 415 Volt Low Loss ONAN Transformer,

Design and supply of Quantity 1 * LV switchboard to 3200A to include;

Form 4 Type 2 build,

Modbus metering on all outgoing circuits,

Shunt trips in conjunction with onsite gas leak detection system to isolate appropriate ACB/MCCB’s in case of a high gas alarm,

Top & Bottom cabling entry to utilise existing cable lengths.

Fitting new main switchboard and connecting to existing switchboard to power original switchgear.
Carrying out all works within a nine hour time period to allow site to return normal operation after single nights work.
Complete design of entire project to include all electrical aspects as detailed above, HV and LV equipment and services, liaising with client and utility supplier to adhere to strict deadline for completion of works.
Supply of all onsite crane & forklift hire for the completion of all electrical works on site.
Supply & Installation of quantity 1 * 400Kvar Detuned Power Factor Correction unit.
Completing contract ahead of schedule by 3 hours.
