- Complete HV and LV upgrade of factory’s two main incoming power transformers from 800kVA to 1600kVA each Tx A & B
- Reconfiguration of 11KV HV Ring network to power a total of two transformers and to leave provisions for an additional two units at a later stage.
- Installation of Schneider 3 Piece Ring Master Switch Board;
- Quantity 1 * SE6-S1 Switch Disconnector
- Quantity 2 * CE2-T2 Circuit Breakers
- Supply and installation of Quantity 2;
- 1600Kva 11KV to 415 Volt Low Loss ONAN Transformers
- One of fitted complete with RN2c-T2 Ring Main Units & VIP300 Relays
- Design and supply of Quantity 2 * LV switchboards to 2500A to include;
- Form 4 Type 2 build,
- Modbus metering on all outgoing circuits,
- Shunt trips in conjunction with onsite gas leak detection system to isolate appropriate ACB/MCCB’s in case of a high gas alarm,
- Top & Bottom cabling entry to utilise existing cable lengths.
- Installation of 5/6 Limb Voltage Transformer 11000/63.5 for onsite NVD protection to allow onsite generation; load sheding and export to Grid.
- Installation of G59 Interpro relays on both onsite 1 MVA Diesel Generator sets.
- Installation of AJ Power 1120KVA Diesel Generator
- Completing contract over a 3 week period within a quantity of two, 16 hour weekend shutdowns.
