Background: 

The Original Brief: Non-Standard WEG 11kW Pump motor was delivered to JJ Loughran Workshop by site engineers, who removed motor from pump set due to failure.

The Solution: 

Following tests, motor was found to have failed due to winding Internal failure. Subsequently the motor was disassembled, rewound, varnished and stoved. The motor was re-built, fitted with new drive / non-drive end bearings and mechanical seals as required.
